Pro Football Pick’em
About
Pro Football Pick‘em is a fun weekly contest that allows you to pick the winners of pro football games to win cash donations for your favorite charities.
Here’s how it works:
- Register with DAFshare (if you don’t already have an account).
- Fund your DAFshare Account with enough money to play ($10/week | $180/season)
- Create Your “Pick‘em” card(s), which includes all the games for the week.
- Choose the charity you are playing for.
- Pick all the games for that week (Week 1 = 16 games). Each game must be picked prior to kickoff.
- Watch the games and track your points, along with other players (1 point per correct pick).
- Once all games for the week are completed, the card with the most points for that week wins 80% of the prize pool for their chosen charity. 20% of the prize pool gets added to the total season prize pool. Season prize is based on the top player's total from all weeks. If multiple cards are played in a week, only the highest scoring card will be counted towards the seasonal total.
- If there is a tie for the most points in any week, those players will be entered into the Pick‘em for the following week for free, and that week's prize pool will roll over to the next week.
- Anyone can enter the following week with a new card/donation, which adds to the prize pool, and all players will compete again for the new (and bigger) weekly prize..
- This format continues until there is a single weekly winner or until the end of the season.
- At the end of the season, if there is a tie among leaders for Week 18 and/or the Season, the prize pool will be split equally amongst the winners.
**If there is a game on Thursday, that game must be picked prior to kick-off. The other games
(Friday, Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday) can be picked at the same time or prior to each game's
kick-off.
*Players must use their DAFshare balance to play each week. You can fund your DAFshare account with a Credit/Debit Card or DAFpay if you want to transfer DAF assets from another Donor Advised Fund (Fidelity, Schwab, etc)
